Refund policy

 

Blue mantle has a customer friendly return policy on our returnable* products to ensure your online purchase is free of stress and We promise to be fair in our decisions. Once we accept the return, we will issue you store credit in form of a Gift Card that can be used to purchase anything you like.

 

*What can be returned?

  1. Products which you received in “Damaged/Defective/Brocken” Condition
  2. Products not as per description on the website OR if a wrong item sent.

 

 

*What cannot be returned?

 

 

  1. Sale items are not returnable..
  2. Pre order Items cannot be returned, as they are made for u.. confirm the colour, size, material..etc before you book.. We are always ready to answer your queries.. We take responsibility to make sure that you are not receiving a damaged product..
  3. Personal likes are not a reason for return or exchange..
  4. Pls expect 10-15 percentage of colour variation due to lighting and display settings in different equipments..so color variations less than mentioned percentage is not a reason for return..
  5. Gift Vouchers are not returnable.

 

 

Conditions for Return/Exchange

 

  1. Product must be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons; laundered products cannot be returned / exchanged.

 

  1. The product tags should be intact with their original packing else we will not be able to process your return.
  2. Return initiated after 3 days of delivry may not be accepted by BLUE MANTLE.
  3. Most of the BLUE MANTLE product embellishment is done by handcraft. Since crafts are prone to a slight variation in the design, color and pattern work ; also therefor we may not be able to accept the return if the same are your criteria for making a return.
  4. The products are of standard quality but not to your personal liking in terms of taste and color.
  5. We at BLUE MANTLE are dedicated to offer you the best quality products. we take stringent measures to ensure that the items delivered to you are in perfect condition. However there is a remote possibility that the item may be damaged during transit (like a Perl is been peeled off or thread is Brocken) all such case we will take whole responsibility to correct the same and send it back with out losing its original look and quality. BLUE MANTLE will bear the up and down transit charges for such cases.

Product Disclaimer:

 

Most of the products on BLUE MANTLE are hand crafte as such there may be a slight variation in colour and emblishment of the actual product againist that as shown on the website.

Products are manufactured in different lots/batches of fabrics/Laces while every offort has been made toaccurately reproduce he embroidery Pattern/Design as well as the lae design /pattern there may be a remoe possibility that minor variations in the pattern /Design due to lot-to-lot variations, non availability of the same design fabrics/Lace in the market and few fabric/lace manufacturing caompnies stop the outdated design and replace with a new design.

This is due to the nature of fabric dyes, wherther at the time of dying and differences in display outputs due to lighting , digital photography, color settings and displaying capabilities of computer monitors, laptops or the mobile devices that you may be using.

 

Please follow the below steps to initiate a return:

 

  1. You need to register by sending an email to supportbluemantle@gmail.com with images of Brocken/defective/damaged products within 3 days of delivery. Please mention your order number and the product code of the item you want to return in the email.
  2. You will receive an email with instructions on the resolution or return of your item.
  3. Please allow BLUE MANTLE, 3 working days to respond to your return request and provide instructions on returning your item or provide proper guidance of your order.
  4. After we receive the return, the product will go through a quality check. Please note that it may take 7-10 days for us to receive the returned product.
  5. Finally after the product passes the quality check, we will issue you a store credit in form of a Gift card that will be emailed to your original order email address. The gift card will have no expiry and can be used to purchase anything from our store.

Who pays for the delivery charges for returning of products?

 

  • When you are returning an item that was damaged/defective or due to an error on the sellers part, you will be compensated for return courier charges. You will be paid flat Rs.100 voucher which can be used to buy any of the BLUE MANTLE products for the next 3 months. Please pack well when you are returning the product so that it reaches us in good condition.
  • Shipping charges are not refundable for international orders.
  • We do not offer a reverse pickup service for international orders where the address is outside of India.

Good to know:

  1. We can only offer exchanges based on the availability of size upon receiving the return product and not before that.
  2. Please allow up to 3 working days to get your gift card credit after we have received the return product.
  3. In case a product is missing from your shipment or a product is damaged in transit. Please call or email us within 48 hours of the receipt of the shipment for us to investigate further.
