Blue Mantle currently ships across India to all serviceable PIN codes through trusted courier partners.

You are requested to choose the best courier partner from the dropdown menu you get while placing the order. Door delivery depends on the courier partners policy at your area. Some couriers will just keep the parcel  at their office and you may be asked to collect from there.

2. Order Processing

Orders dispatch date is clearly mentioned on each product. Please check it properly before ordering.

Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

During festive seasons, sales, or high-demand periods, processing may take slightly longer.

6. Delayed or Lost Shipments

If your order is delayed beyond the expected delivery period, please contact our customer support team (whatsapp 8157912602. In rare cases of lost shipments, we will coordinate with the courier partner and provide a suitable resolution.

If you receive a package that appears damaged or tampered with:

Take photos of the package before opening. Also take an opening video

Contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
